*Indigofera is a large genus of over 750 species of flowering plants belonging to the pea family Fabaceae. They are widely distributed throughout the tropical and subtropical regions of the world. Some reason, we have this plant in our backtard! whenever its in season, we use this to get the light blue color, otherwise will used Aquarelle Liquid Indigo.
 
*Aquarelle indigo liquid are from natural sources such as leaves, bark, fruit rinds, insects and roots. Several of the dyes are made from food processing waste products, such as pomegranate skins and Ayurvedic medicine. All the dyes and auxiliaries were evaluated for organic textile processing and have a certificate from Control Union that they comply with the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).
