RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us for full refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving the item. We only accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise. We do not credit original or return shipping costs. OKOTOKOTO is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that may occur in shipping.

To make a return, please email aloha@okotokoto.com to receive a return form BEFORE you send back the item. Once we receive the merchandise, the return will be processed within 3 business days and you will receive an email confirming the refund or the item you have requested in exchange.
